Registration

1. Honored guests should notice that the hotel for their stay will be ready to serve foreign guests from the evening of Friday, February6^th, 2015 till the evening of Monday, February9, 2015.

2. Due to visiting the Timurid buildings and holding the closing ceremony of congress on Monday, February9, 2015 in Khaf city, and facilities will be prepared by Alam-and-Adam Khaf study center, Khaf government and Khaf municipality; please let us know your intention to take part in this event by sending e-mail to amiralishir@um.ac.ir so that we can make further arrangements. Moreover, you need to schedule your time of return either on the evening of February 9^thafter 10 pm or on Tuesday, February10th, 2015.

3. We would like to ask you to send us your presentation slides in pptx format (power point format).

4. Thosewho their article is accepted in Poster format shouldbe near their posters at specific time which will be scheduled by the congress in order to answer for potential questions.

5. Time of presentation is about 15 minutes and question and answer time is about 5 minutes.

6. Address of hotel will be announced soon.

7. The ceremonial committee of the congress will welcome foreign guests on the date of arrival and departure at Mashhad airport.
