Following is the instruction for authors to write a paper:
1-Paper needs to include subsequently, Farsi and English Abstract (almost 5 to 8 lines and maximum of 200 words, based on standard criteria of writing an abstract), Keywords (Maximum of 5 words), Introduction (Research question, Hypotheses, Objectives), investigation, discussion and conclusion. Papers with more than 8000 words are not considered for evaluation.
2-Author(s) information should be completed in both Farsi and English in “Submitting an Article” section.
3-Final file of the paper should be submitted through congress website with no indication of authors’ information. The paper should be typed and written in Lotus 13 format according to standards mentioned in this guideline.
4-References used in the main body of the paper should be addressed in the reference list based on alphabetic order of authors surname(s) as follow:
Book: surname, first name (author(s)), date of publication, Book title (italic), Translator information, place of publication: name of publisher.
Paper: surname, first name (author(s)), date of publication, Paper title in the bracket, Journal name (italic), place of publication: name of publisher, Pages.
Proceedings: surname, first name (author(s)), date of publication, Paper title in the bracket, Editor information, Proceedings name (italic), year, Volume, Number, Pages.
Internet websites: Surname, first name (author(s)), last date and time of revision of website, research title (in bracket), website information in italic format.
5-Citation in the main body of papers should be written as (Surname, year: page number). For references other than English the same format should be followed. Direct quotations of more than 5 lines should have an indent of 0.5 cm from each side.
 6-English equivalent of some specific words are need to be included in the footnote.
7-Papers should not be submitted previously in any other domestic or international conferences or journals.
8-All the information related to the submitted paper can be tracked in the congress website.
9-Papers including images should be submitted with CDs including the images used with high quality.
10-Submitted papers cannot be returned to the authors.
11- Accepted papers are either considered for presentation and publication or for publication only (full paper or abstract).
